Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and invoice. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you need to contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit, as DazzlingJewelz will not be responsible for items damaged while being returned.

Certain items are non-returnable, including customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
